Recognized as one of the leading hospitality design thinkers and consultants in India and the MENA region, Santhosh is the Founder and Lead Consultant of STEEL TRACK. He oversees the STEEL TRACK team and works closely with key clients to deliver high-profile projects across the region and beyond.
With an educational background in F&B management, he began his career in the foodservice industry at Professional Catering Management in the UAE and progressively honed his operational and design expertise in senior roles. A key contributor to the Gulf region’s foodservice and laundry design landscape since 2009, his reputation for quality and creativity led him to establish STEEL TRACK in 2017, allowing him to bring his unique vision and talent directly to clients.
Under his leadership, STEEL TRACK has become synonymous with innovative solutions and uncompromising quality in hospitality design. Santhosh’s approach combines strategic thinking with practical insights, ensuring every project achieves optimal functionality, efficiency, and aesthetics.
